Curriculum vitae

PhD 1972 in Latin, Stockholm University, Docent 1976, Professor 2000. Editor of Glossarium mediae Latinitatis Sueciae 1974–2009, since 1989 published by the Swedish National Archives. Teacher and researcher in various positions at Stockholm and Uppsala universities since 1973, e.g. in the Corpus Troporum project and two projects on medieval model sermons. Editor of numerous medieval texts from Sweden. From 2008 researcher in the Ars Edendi programme. Member of Kungl. Samfundet för utgivande av handskrifter rörande Skandinaviens historia and the former Comité international du vocabulaire des institutions et de la communication intellectuelles au Moyen Age. Adjunct member of the Board of Svenska Fornskriftsällskapet. Correspondent for Archivum Latinitatis medii aevi.
 

Research interests

Editing of medieval Latin texts, now especially sermons and liturgical texts. Lexicography. Problems concerning rhetoric, stylistics and syntax in classical and medieval Latin.
